Stephen Minakian a05f99080c Implement Phase 1 admin dashboard frontend

- Add AdminRoute component for admin-only route protection
- Add admin navigation link (visible only to admins)
- Create UserList page with pagination, search, and filters
- Create UserDetail page with enable/disable and promote/demote
- Add confirmation dialogs for destructive actions
- Prevent self-modification (cannot disable/demote yourself)
- All admin routes protected with AdminRoute wrapper

React + Vite

This template provides a minimal setup to get React working in Vite with HMR and some ESLint rules.

Currently, two official plugins are available:

@vitejs/plugin-react uses Babel for Fast Refresh
@vitejs/plugin-react-swc uses SWC for Fast Refresh

Expanding the ESLint configuration

If you are developing a production application, we recommend using TypeScript with type-aware lint rules enabled. Check out the TS template for information on how to integrate TypeScript and typescript-eslint in your project.
