Stephen Minakian 9ed775e04a Implement Phase 2 activity monitoring frontend

- Add ActivityStream page with paginated activity list
- Add user, action type, and date range filters
- Implement auto-refresh every 30 seconds (pauses with filters)
- Add "New activity" indicator for real-time updates
- Add export modal with date range picker for CSV download
- Update admin navigation to dropdown with Users and Activity links

React + Vite

This template provides a minimal setup to get React working in Vite with HMR and some ESLint rules.

Currently, two official plugins are available:

@vitejs/plugin-react uses Babel for Fast Refresh
@vitejs/plugin-react-swc uses SWC for Fast Refresh

Expanding the ESLint configuration
