Add version display to admin settings page

Set frontend version to 1.0.0, inject it as a build-time constant
via Vite define, and show both frontend and API versions in a new

React + Vite

This template provides a minimal setup to get React working in Vite with HMR and some ESLint rules.

Currently, two official plugins are available:

@vitejs/plugin-react uses Babel for Fast Refresh
@vitejs/plugin-react-swc uses SWC for Fast Refresh

Expanding the ESLint configuration
